At Pulse Endurance Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals and tags are included inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
